I Need A Martini, Extra Olives.

Little matching look I did with subtle effects and quiet background. The model’s name is Miu and she sure knows how to work the natural look, little inspired by Rihanna in her ‘We Found Love’ video, but in a happier and much more healthier version!

Oscar de la Renta: Resort 2013

May 23, 2012 at 9:40 PM

Oscar de la Renta’s Resort 2013 collection was shown to a public on Monday. And I can say that this is by far the best Resort collection by OdlR! Floral, embroideries, and lovely patterns. Luxury yet casualty , an off-work look  yet a frisky one.

The collection was mainly about  heavy items such as organza dresses and very simple/plain items such as plaid skirts and opaque blouses, and here lied the beauty and diversity of this collection. Blue, white, black silver and flamboyant red. Could you really ask more from Oscar?

Statement Necklaces

May 21, 2012 at 4:09 PM

It saddens/excites me that Vogue wrote about statement necklaces in their Social Shopper section on the website. I was going to blog about it today anyways!

How are you my dear readers? Hope everything is okay and everyone is safe wherever you are! This last week has been a little tough on Lebanese because of some ambiguous events. But we’re still here and we will not be moved. Right? Right.

Statement necklaces has always been something I desire in a simple outfit. I mean, they can say what the dress failed to do. From handmade kaleidoscopic necklaces to impeccable diamonds and jades, the oversized accessory has been widely popular, and will always be, because it crowns the silhouette of a woman, instead of a million dollar crown topping the head.

Emilio Pucci Loves MS Paint!

May 18, 2012 at 7:20 PM

It’s been a little while since I last checked the What’s New bar on net-a-porter.com! I can really say that this website gives you all the best online shopping experience you could ever live. And what I like most about it? The ultimate fashion forwardness, I mean its simply the leader among online retailers such as Gilt Group, Yoox…etc. Plus they have this ‘Play video’ thing where you can just click on it and watch the garments moving live.

PS you can consider my blabbering about specific clothes, personal-styling that I cannot fit in nor afford. The Blonde Salad ain’t no better! All blonde and stuff. psh!

Second thing that has been on my mind is Emilio Pucci, the worldly renowned brand for its ‘Pucci Prints’ had its breakdowns but is now doing much better with Peter Dundas as the designer.

Anyways, this jersey dress I found on net-a-porter.com brought back instant nostalgia and memories (a little random too). It’s when I used to get on Paint on PC (after taking my parents’ permission of course), and start scribbling on the white screen with a simple pencil and then fill in the white areas with diverse colors! Everyone used to do that. You used to do that!

Check out the lovely Emilio Pucci jersey dress for $1,335 on net-a-porter.com.
